Students will have individual AR Goals this year based on the STAR Reading Assessment we took. They will have a new goal each 9 weeks(at the end of each quarter), rather than each month. Updates on their progress toward their individual goals will be sent home around 4-5 weeks. They may also log into their account anytime to check how many points they have earned. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the program. We will have a reward at the end of each quarter for those who have achieved their goal. They will also receive a grade each quarter that is based on their progress toward their individual goal. They are receiving at least 30 minutes a day of silent reading in their AR book at school.
